We want to make getting your gear as simple as possible. No hidden fees, no slow overseas shipping - just reliable gear sent straight from our U.S. Warehouse to your door.

Processing Time: We pack and ship your order within 1-2 business days. You will receive a tracking number the moment your box leaves our loading dock.

Delivery Time: 3-4 Business Days

For Orders under $75: $7.99 Flat Rate

-Please double-check your physical street address or standard mailbox at checkout so our carriers can deliver your package without any delays.

 

Cancellations

  • Because our team packs and ships orders quickly to get them to you fast, there is a very short window to change or cancel an order.

  • If you need to cancel, please email us at support@tactikosurvival.com right away. Once an order leaves our loading dock, it cannot be canceled and must be handled as a standard return.

 

Our Product Guarantee

We stand behind our gear. Every item we carry is backed by a dependable manufacturer's warranty against factory defects.

  • What is covered: If your gear arrives damaged or fails early due to a factory defect (such as a broken zipper, poor stitching, or a faulty seal), we will replace it or fix it for free.

  • What is not covered: Normal wear-and-tear from using your gear outdoors, accidental damage (like dropping a knife on a rock or ripping a bag on a branch), or lost items.

  • How to get help: If you think your item has a factory defect, snap a quick photo of the issue and email it to us at support@tactikosurvival.com so we can get it sorted out for you.

 

Easy Returns & Exchanges

  • 30-Day Return Window: If your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

  • Seed Vault Condition Note: To ensure quality and safety for everyone, heirloom seed vaults must remain in their original, factory-sealed, unopened Mylar packaging to be eligible for a return. We cannot accept returns on opened seed kits.

  • How to Start a Return: Send a quick email to support@tactikosurvival.com with your full name and order number.

  • Authorization Required: Please wait for our team to reply with a return authorization number (RAN) before mailing anything back. This helps us track your package and get your refund processed much faster.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for higher-priced items, as we can't be responsible for items lost or damaged on their way back to our warehouse.

  • Exchanges: The fastest way to swap gear is to process your item as a standard return and place a new order for your preferred item right away.
