Shipping & Orders
Where do you ship from?
100% of our inventory is stocked, hand-checked, and shipped directly from our warehouse right here in the United States. We do not dropship. When you order from us, your gear leaves our loading dock within 1 to 2 business days and typically arrives at your door in just 3 to 4 business days.
Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed?
Because our warehouse team moves quickly to get packages out the door, the window to cancel or change an order is very short. Please email us immediately at support@tactikosurvival.com if you need to make a change. If your order has already left our facility, it cannot be canceled in transit and will need to be handled as a standard return.
Do you offer express or overnight shipping?
To keep our pricing fair and our checkout process simple, we only offer Standard U.S. Ground Shipping (which is free on all orders over $75, and a flat $7.99 for orders under $75). Because our ground shipping already arrives in 3 to 4 business days, you’ll get your gear quickly without having to pay astronomical overnight shipping fees.

What makes your Heirloom Seed Vaults different?
A lot of commercial seeds are single-use hybrids, meaning you can't harvest and replant the seeds they produce. Our vaults contain 100% heirloom, non-GMO, open-pollinated seeds. This means you can plant them, harvest your crop, save the new seeds, and replant them year after year for true, long-term food security.
Where are your seed kits sourced form?
We believe that if you’re planting a backyard garden to protect and feed your family, you deserve to know exactly where your food starts. We never source cheap, mystery seeds from overseas. Instead, we partner exclusively with trusted U.S. agricultural partners to provide seeds that are 100% grown, harvested, and packaged right here in the U.S.A.
Every single variety we offer is heirloom and open-pollinated. This means they are completely natural, non-GMO, and perfectly adapted to American soil. Unlike commercial hybrid seeds that only grow once, our open-pollinated seeds allow you to harvest your crops, save the new seeds, and replant them year after year. It’s real, long-term food security grown right in your backyard.
How long do the seeds stay fresh in storage?
Our seeds are carefully dried and packed in factory-sealed, heavy-duty Mylar pouches to protect them from light, air, and moisture. Stored in a cool, dark, and dry place (like a closet, basement, or pantry), our seed vaults will remain viable and ready to plant for up to 5 years.
Why can’t I return a seed vault if I’ve opened it?
To guarantee the absolute safety, purity, and germination rates for every single customer, we cannot accept returns on seed kits if the factory Mylar seal has been broken. We maintain a strict biological safety standard so our customers always know they are getting fresh, uncontaminated seeds.

Is your gear meant for extreme military use?
No, we design and source our gear for everyday folks - campers, weekend hikers, practical survivalists, and homeowners who want a solid backup plan. We avoid over-complicated, heavy military gimmicks and focus instead on rugged, straightforward, and dependable tools that are easy for anyone to use in a real-world pinch.
What happens if my gear breaks?
Every item we carry is backed by a dependable manufacturer's warranty against factory defects. If your gear arrives damaged or fails early because of a mistake made during manufacturing (like a broken zipper, bad stitching, or a faulty seal), we will replace it for free. This does not cover normal wear-and-tear, accidental damage out on the trail, or lost items.
How do I process a return?
If your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return any unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Just email support@tactikosurvival.com with your full name and order number. Our team will send you a Return Authorization with instructions for mailing it back to our warehouse.
